Returns:

You can return the goods to be returned to us within 14 days. In the case of a return, the return costs are borne by the buyer. In this way, we want to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize the number of returns.

If you would like to return your order to us, please note the following points:

  1. Print out the return slip.
    You can find the return slip here . Fill it out and enclose it with your return shipment so that we can assign your shipment to you later.
  2. Packaging and condition of the goods
    Pack the items well to avoid damage during transportation. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are not soiled so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken cannot be refunded.
  3. Franking the return
    Please make sure that your return has sufficient postage. For parcels returned freight collect and parcels with insufficient postage, DHL’s penalty fee of €15 will be deducted from the credit note for the return.

We also recommend insured shipping. On the one hand, you can track your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping service provider in the event of loss.

You will receive a refund of the returned items, excluding delivery costs, within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of your return by our respective logistics department. The refund will be made via the originally selected payment method.
